I joined the Malinoff/Brent team in 2011 because they have strong ethics, have many years of experience in Kingston real estate and believe in doing everything possible to make things go smoothly. They believe, as I do, in offering excellent customer service. As a team, we are better able to help you with all your real estate needs.
Personally, I’ve owned and operated rental properties; helped my better half, Marcel, renovate an old Catholic church into a spectacular new home; and owned everything from a century home to a rural waterfront home. I understand the joys and pitfalls of every imaginable situation and can help you through them.
Marcel and I are both active in the community. He has recently become a volunteer firefighter for the Rideau Lakes area. I am secretary for the Upper Rideau branch of the Royal Canadian Legion, volunteer with the Humane Society, the Alzheimer Society and am a member of the Kingston Horticultural Society. We both believe in giving back to the community and being actively involved.
